Notes on Pre-Orders and Release Details:
A specific allocation of each Initiator Deck will be available for public pre-order.
After speaking with the community, we may hold back a very small amount of each Initiator Deck to do a similar pre-order to this first one, for those who voiced wanting a little more time to pick some up.
Our current production plan is to produce 30 Master Cases of each Initiator Deck, which after extensive discussions, we believe to be a reasonable amount to support our current community and our continued expansion. Bar any unforeseen or explosive activity, these numbers are likely to stay where they are.
If for some unknown reason both decks sell out on the first pre-order release, please remember that there may be a smaller second one, and that many LGS/eRetailers will have product upon release.
Our projected MSRP for each Initiator Deck is about $19.95. Special Pre-Order pricing is as follows;
1x Initiator Deck: $17.95
30x Initiator Deck (Inner Case): $534.95
60x Initiator Deck (Master Case): $1,049.95
Notes on Timelines:
At this stage, all illustrations are done minus "Alucard of the Unholy Council" and "Sylvia, Sage of Sanctity". These sketches were approved and they should be completed within the next few days.
After the final illustrations are submitted, print files will be submitted to our manufacturer within 48 hours.
Throughout this process is verifying packing rules and all eProofs of the sheets - once cards are formatted for printing. After that, everything follows its place in the production line bar any unforeseen issues.
While we won't have an exact timeline on production until everything is approved, initial projections are that the entire approval and printing process should not exceed a month.
After production is complete, everything is shipped by ocean freight. We will be paying for 20-25 day ocean freight versus the 35-40 day timeline.
Please note, this is a bit different from the "On Sandy Shores" scenario, which saw major delays mainly due to gameplay adjustments and additional illustration add-ins. These decks have been extensively tested for months and illustrations are nearing 100% complete already.
